I have run away to Montreal for the weekend, by myself, on what is being called the “Cynthia Self-discovery Roadtrip of July 2008″. Well, maybe just being called by me…So, I have hooked myself up with a fantastic hotel with a rooftop pool/patio/bar and have been indulging in sangria and naps! I cannot count how many times I have said to myself today: “Oh, it is a go-o-oood day to be the Cynthia.”

What a beautiful city! I love the French! Honestly, I am so embarrassed with my lack of French language skills, I thought the francophones would mock me mercilessly…instead they are just lovely and welcoming.
